Nexus UI

Streaming Answer, animated React component

An AI answer card that shows its thinking steps ticking off, folds them into a one-line summary, slides in sources and streams the answer word by word. Citation chips pop in where they belong and light up the source they came from when you point at them.

Ticks quietly as the thinking steps finish and plays one soft completion chord when the answer has streamed in, with nothing for individual words; autoplay makes the same sounds once the visitor has used the page. Sound is off on this site until you switch it on.

Streaming Answer questions

Does it make sound, and how do I turn it off?

Ticks quietly as the thinking steps finish and plays one soft completion chord when the answer has streamed in, with nothing for individual words; autoplay makes the same sounds once the visitor has used the page. Sounds are synthesised with the Web Audio API, so there are no audio files, and they only play after a click or key press. Pass `enableSound={false}` to silence this component, or call `setSoundsEnabled(false)` from `@/lib/ui-sounds` to switch every sound off at once. The CLI installs `@/lib/ui-sounds` with the component.
