Pixel Select, animated React component

A dropdown that builds itself out of a grid of pixels tinted with the chosen colour, then dissolves into a falling shower of them when you pick an option.

Props

Prop	Type	Default	What it does
options	Mood[]	—	Each option has id, label and color; the pixels take the selected option's colour. Six moods by default.
onChange	(id: string) => void	—	Called with the option id when the user picks one.
autoplay	boolean	false	Opens and picks options by itself until someone interacts.

Prepare your project

You need Tailwind CSS and the @/import alias. If shadcn isn't set up yet, initialise it once:

npx shadcn@latest init

Then add the Nexus registry to your components.json (the registries key is the part that matters):

Add the component
Run this from your project root. It adds the component, the utilities it uses and its packages.
